Micronesia. To three inches in length. Always found in association with
the Pistol Shrimp, Alpheus djeddensis. Mabul Malaysia. |

Amblyglyphidodon
aureus (Cuvier 1830), the Golden Damselfish, is found in
settings of vertical reef walls amongst corals and gorgonians. The species
feeds almost exclusively on zooplankton. |
